The team at Lake Hāwea Station are opening their gates to their incredible private property, nestled in the heart of the Lakes District, for an evening of exceptional cuisine crafted by Michelin-starred chef Matt Lambert – all in support of a breast cancer CURE

Lake Hāwea Station is a B-Corp and Carbon Zero farm renowned for its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Producing premium merino wool, the station collaborates with leading brands including Maggie Marilyn, and Allbirds. Their efforts include planting over 25,000 native trees, safeguarding extensive areas of regenerating native habitat, and adopting regenerative and sustainable farming practices. Guided by a mission to combat climate change and enhance biodiversity, Lake Hāwea Station invites you to reconnect with nature and experience the breathtaking landscapes of the South.

Internationally acclaimed Chef Matt Lambert draws inspiration from his Kiwi upbringing and a deep appreciation for exceptional local produce, combined with a modern, innovative approach to cooking techniques.

In 2013, Matt opened The Musket Room in New York, where his creativity and dedication earned the restaurant numerous awards, including a Michelin star, which he proudly held for seven years. Returning to NZ The Lodge Bar has recently been awarded Two Chef’s Hats and has found homes in Queenstown, Auckland and Brisbane adding sophisticated dining and unique destinations to each city,
