Clee Cottage is set on more than half an acre of established trees and lawn, just across the road from Lake Wānaka.
Built from river stones, the cottage has old world charm and character, but has been modernized to provide comfortable accommodation for up to eight people.
This private and tranquil property is beautiful through all seasons, and is an easy walk to town. It is comprised of three cottages, with the pricing varied according to how many are required.
The main cottage has a master bedroom with an ensuite and a twin room with adjacent toilet and hand basin facilities. This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a large family dining/living area complete with Sky television, underfloor heating and a studio fireplace. A second living room has an open fire. Just outside the back door are cottages two and three. Each are generous queen rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
There are several outdoor seating areas, one with a large outdoor fireplace and excellent facilities for barbecuing. The garage accommodates two cars.
On arrival the cottage is ready for immediate living with beds made up, fridge/freezer running and fires set. Basic grocery items are left in the pantry. Cleaners are on standby for departure time.
