A excellent location for a Wanaka holiday year round. The lake is just over the road, making this an ideal spot for summer! Stroll along the boardwalk into Wanaka town centre to grab an ice cream or a local craft beer on a hot summer’s day, or walk along the lake track to Eely Point, a popular swim spot. If you’re planning to stay in winter, pop the skis in the car & head to Cardrona or Treble Cone to hit the slopes – both an easy drive from the apartment. There is a drying cupboard in the laundry for drying your ski gear, plus an external storage cupboard in the undercover car parking area where you can store your boots, skis & snowboards & mountain bikes. There are two parking spaces allocated for the apartment, one under-cover and one in the main carpark. The minimum stay at Genoa is 3 nights.
