Situated with a private garden and outdoor seating, this is a modern and warm studio unit. Guests have full use of the studio and the courtyard attached, which is perfect to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine, read a book, have a glass of cracking Central Otago wine and relax.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking needs, and the bathroom includes underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Linen and cleaning are included at no additional cost.
For coffee lovers we have a stove top espresso maker and a Nespresso coffee machine, guests can just bring along their favourite coffee or pods.
The studio is situated close to Wānaka town centre, just a five minute drive or a 15-20 minute comfortable walk. All that Lake Wānaka has to offer is only a short walk or quick bike ride away.
Beautiful Bremner bay is very close, perfect for a summer swim or a leisurely walk around the edge of Lake Wānaka. From here, walk around to Eely Point Recreational Reserve, a popular boat access point.
The studio offers easy access to some of New Zealand’s best ski fields, including Treble Cone, Cardrona, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, and the Queenstown Airport is one hour away. For those who love golf, the Wānaka Golf Course is just around the corner.
Wireless internet is available via a portable device, and a charge applies. The courtyard is not gated, so small children will need to be supervised.
