Taking inspiration from eating houses around Asia, Wanafusion is an elegant hideaway that creates cosy corners with bamboo partitions, delivers energy with the exposed kitchen and showcases plenty of contemporary lighting that gives WanaFusion a soft and seductive glow in the evenings. If the weather is playing fair, however, dinner simply must be enjoyed from the balcony, where there are views for days.
The new year saw WanaFusion release a brand-new menu, and it’s inspired. Centred around sharing, take a whistle-stop tour around Asia with the Bangkok style seafood, Isaan beef short ribs, Saigon beef pho and the signature duck breast with a delectable plum sauce.
And that really is the tip of the iceberg. The illustrious continent keeps on giving with fluffy bao buns, moreish chicken skewers and pan-fried dumplings with a range of fillings.
